Do you have minimum orders?

There are no minimum quantities so you can order as much or as little as you like.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours via email at  info@lsdcollections.com

How can I add a discount on my order?

If you received a discount code you can enter the code at the checkout page.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

Please allow time for processing and shipping as products are made when they are ordered. Most orders take 7 to 10 business days to be made.

Please note that if you select and pay for the "Artist Signature" it may take an Additional 5-15 business days to ship out your order since signing is all based on the Artist making time to schedule it in.

Note: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review on occasion; this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

What are your international shipping fees? What about duties?

Remember, shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered we are not able to supply an estimated cost.
